Depending on stock availability and your zip code, certain products are eligible for Free Next Day / 2 Day / 3 Day Delivery.
We use a shipping company that guarantees on time delivery and allows you to track both shipment options. We chose this company for their fantastic service, because how they treat our customers matters to us.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship next business day. Orders that are placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Depending on your location and shipping option selected, shipping time can be anywhere from 2-10 business days.
We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund. You will need to return the product back to us.

Usually we are unable to accommodate to 90% of order cancellation requests. This is because we are working with a third party logistic company for the fulfillment of our orders, and they are fast with the pick, pack and shipping out of orders.
